A SUBSCRIPTION OR AN INDIVIDUAL ORDER?

All of the products in our shop can, of course, be ordered individually!

Nevertheless, the advantages of a subscription are obvious: an end to all your sock problems!

In addition, opting for a subscription means more socks for less money as well as a one-off voucher when you place your first order for a SOX IN A BOX subscription.

WHAT EXACTLY IS A SOCK SUBSCRIPTION?

Every couple of months, depending on how often you would like them, SOX IN A BOX will be delivered to your door. We offer different subscriptions to suit your individual needs. For example, you can ask for six pairs of socks a year and two deliveries (i.e. three pairs every six months) or 12 pairs of socks a year and four deliveries (three pairs every three months) and so on. All you need to do is decide roughly how many pairs you need a year and then choose the subscription that's right for you.

HOW LONG DOES THE SUBSCRIPTION LAST? WILL I HAVE TO CANCEL IT? THE SOX IN A BOX RULES!

The SOX IN A BOX subscription lasts for at least a year. You should always note the respective contract period. Subscriptions are subject to a period of notice. Subscriptions can be cancelled with effect to the end of the relevant contract period Cancellation notices must be received by SOX IN A BOX by the 15th day of the preceding month. If notice of cancellation is not received by the specified date, the subscription is extended automatically by the stated contract period. Our gift subscriptions are excluded from the obligation to give notice. The special designation is made by choosing the 'Send this basket as a gift' option during the purchase process. Subscriptions thus designated terminate automatically at the end of the stated contract period. Please read our General Terms and Conditions of Use & Sale, items 03 and 04.

In addition to our simple subscription rules (see above and General Terms and Conditions of Business), we will send you an e-mail to remind you of your period of notice / options for extension well before your contract comes to an end. You will then have time to make a stress-free decision about how you want to proceed.
